This year at the Seafood Market Place, we will present a unique fusion of nature, expertise, and traditional recipes: Gratin Mussels in modified atmosphere packaging (15-day shelf life) and frozen version (18-month shelf life)—ready to use, delicious, and easy to cook in countless recipes.
Completing the offer is a full line of “oven-ready” products—in modified atmosphere or frozen—born from our family’s long-standing experience in the foodservice industry. The range includes: swordfish meatballs, squid and musky octopus meatballs (also in pre-fried version), seafood skewers and mini skewers, swordfish and tuna burgers, shrimp and cuttlefish burgers, rice arancini with Castrense Mussel, rice arancini with pink shrimp, and codfish fritters.
