In OVEN: place the product in a preheated oven at 200°C and cook for about 10 minutes, in an air fryer at 200°C for 8 minutes, in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 7-8 minutes, turning the product halfway through cooking. Be careful of possible presence of bones.
