The MareVivo seafood processing facility has naturally developed as a value-added extension of the production chain, created to meet the ever-evolving demands of the market.

With a dedicated structure, the plant was born from the internal drive of the company group, which boasts long-standing experience in the foodservice industry. The goal is to offer both the market and large-scale retail high-quality gastronomic preparations made from ultra-fresh fish sourced through MareVivo’s short supply chain.

Our products result from the combination of traditional Mediterranean recipes and advanced processing techniques that preserve the organoleptic qualities of each dish over time.

The development of innovative packaging solutions (such as MAP trays) also extends the shelf life of the products, which can last up to 10 days. The products are delivered to consumers already cleaned and ready to cook, designed to be enjoyed with just a few quick and simple steps.

Thanks to this new business division, MareVivo expands its offering by providing not only ultra-fresh catch and live mussels in trays, but also fully prepared gourmet dishes ready to enjoy in just minutes.
