<\/i> State-of-the-art Purification Plant<\/h2>\n

Once they reach commercial size and acquire the organoleptic properties of the Bay of Castro<\/strong>, the mussels are purified in our state-of-the-art purification plant<\/strong>. This is a system of mechanical and biological filtration using seawater, properly sterilized through ultraviolet lamps and kept at a controlled temperature.<\/p>\n

This process allows us to offer a safe product on the market and to improve product quality, including in terms of shelf-life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The next step is packaging<\/strong>, which takes place in full compliance with current national and EU regulations and with constantly innovative packaging solutions aimed at environmental sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
