The farming consists in rows supported by floating ropes that keeps the mussels on the surface, where they can obtain more nourishment. Mu<\/strong>ssels<\/strong> and oysters<\/strong> can filter phytoplankton, mineral salts, and other 100% natural nutrients, acquiring the typical properties of the Bay of Castro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The entire supply chain, from farming to purification, involves precise steps that follow the principle of environmental sustainability<\/strong>, subjected to continuous quality controls.<\/p>\n

This important aspect has allowed us to obtain the Friend of the Sea <\/strong>recognition. It is an international non-governmental organization that aims to safeguard the marine environment. The NGO awarded us this prestigious certificate.<\/p>\n

Marevivo <\/strong>mussels farming, in fact, in addition to complying with national and EU regulations, bring benefits to the entire marine habitat of the Bay of Castro.
